Anonymous said: You should be aware that that article you reblogged about the black getting shot for a toy gun is severely twisted. He had a BB GUN and was brandishing it at people like a real weapon. Someone called the cops because they though there was a crazy person with a gun. The cops told him to drop, he didn't, they opened fire.

iguanamouth:

BOY HOWDY lets go through this one step at a time

"brandishing it like a real weapon" according to multiple witnesses at no point did john crawford, age 21, the man who was shot, actually point the barrel of the gun at anyone in the store, or even wave it around. other shoppers in the area walked by with no reaction to the toy gun at all,  and in accordance with ohios open carry law, its legal for anyone to carry a firearm into businesses without concealment, which has been done many time without incident

"someone called the cops because they though there was a crazy person with a gun" ronald richie, the person who called the police and claims crawford was waving the gun around, has actually CHANGED HIS STORY upon seeing the actual surveillance video of the shooting, which was been denied to the public, going from “he was a loaded rifle, and hes loading it, he definitely pointed it at people” to insisting that he was “waving it around”

"the cops told him to drop, he didnt" crawfords attorney micheal wright HAS seen the surveillance footage, and it showed that the police appeared to have gunned him down on sight - crawford never reached for the police, tried to flee, or raised the gun - in FACT, he was talking to his girlfriend at the time, and likely didnt even know what was happening until they opened fire

if youre willing to accept the reports of police after they murdered another innocent black man at face value without double checking facts to confirm your own prejuduice, if you really think that ronald richie was justified in their actions and that crawford was NOT another victim of hatred and racism, then you need to get your head out of your ass

A Texas man is under arrest after gunning down a SWAT team member as the officer quietly tried to climb in through the apartment’s window during predawn hours.
Police State USAreports  that a resident fatally shot Detective Charles “Chuck” Dinwiddie as the officer climbed in through a ground level window as part of a “no knock” raid. The officers were there due to suspicion that residents were in possession of controlled substances.
Upon hearing a noise, resident Marvin Louis Guy, 50, opened fire on the unidentified officers, shooting three others as well, although only one fatally.
Guy is currently being held on capital murder charges in connection with Dinwiddie’s death, even though it’s unclear how Guy was supposed to know that the men crawling in through the window were police officers since they hadn’t identified themselves.
The evidence sheet lists a laptop, a safe, a pistol, and a glass pipe, but no drugs were found. Given the evidence, why did police deem it necessary to seek a “no knock” warrant and why did a judge sign off on it?
Very little is known about Mr. Guy, but Dinwiddie left behind two children, all because his SWAT team went creeping into a home where the residents didn’t even have any drugs. Is that the best use of law enforcement tax dollars?
Guy’s bond has been set at $3 million dollars.

Thank you lieutenantnorals!

The dude was legitimately scared for his life because someone was sneaking into his apartment in the early morning. The cops are the ones who messed up here. No-knock warrants are really shitty.

so according to the criminal justice system, either you’re supposed to magically know when the person trying to break into your house is a cop looking for drugs that you don’t have, or you’re not allowed to shoot someone who’s trying to break into your house? oh wait, i forgot only white people are allowed to fatally shoot someone in this country without facing criminal penalties

Very much this. Our “justice” system is very much about maintaining the status quo that Power has created in this country.

Laura Makrabresku: "The Two Sisters" [ Attention: cruelty, transgression of forbidden zoophilia.]

New fairy tale:
"It is a fairy tale my Grandmother told me when as a little girl I accidentally burned my hands with fire. I remember that I couldn’t stop crying, certain that after what happened, my arms would never cover in feathers and I would never turn into a wild bird. Grandmother let my long, golden hair down and slowly combing it out with her fingers, she said:

There was once upon a time a widower who had two daughters. And that the Younger One was born with arms resembling two rotten birch branches or rather two bones, old and blackened as if brought up from a hundred-year old grave. Embarrassed in front of other people and God himself, of her awful malformation, her Father locked her up in the attic banning her from ever leaving the room.

The girl kept her arms wrapped in old bandages and in fear of human gaze, she didn’t dare to even take a glimpse at the attic window. The only consolation she found was her Older Sister, who visited her daily in the room embellishing her crippled arms with colourful ribbons and kisses, quiet and sweet.

One day Father went to the forest to fetch some wood for fuel, for the winter approaching was cruel. But before he left, he commanded the Older Sister to guard the room and under no circumstances let anyone into the house in his absence. But the moment the silhouette of the Father disappeared behind the dark horizon of the forest, the Older Sister rushed to the neighbouring lake where she caught a great, white swan, for she desired nothing more but for her little Sister to experience love at least once in her life.

People are evil and insensitive, said she carrying quietly into the room a great winged bird scented in water and air. Before Father comes back, your fragile hands will learn how to touch and your body will be captured in the trembling and anxious flight of the bird under the stormy sky.

And the swan listened to all the commands and obediently fulfilled all of what the Sisters desired. Like this three nights had passed. Drunk with love the girls completely forgot about Father who only just came back home from the forest. In fear of his punishment they killed the bird at once and to hide all the traces of his existence, they ate him to the last feather. But while eating, the Younger Sister spilt his blood on the floor. Wiping it off the floor with water or covering it with ash failed them along with all their other attempts. Thus the small stain grew into the size of a puddle and then it was as large as the lake in the forest; it became deeper and gleamed stronger and stronger in light. And when Father came and saw what had happened, he locked the Sisters under the key and commanded to wall up the doors to their room entirely. Forevermore.

The sleep came quickly veiling them in warm cobweb and ferns, taking their pain away. “

She started with it and then was kind enough to even say “No lecture after the exam.” Score!
